VINE and Victim Notification in Allen County
Indiana's VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) system is active in Allen County. Victims, family members, or anyone else who needs to track an inmate can register for automated alerts through VINELink or by calling 1-866-959-VINE. The service sends notifications by phone, email, or text when a registered inmate's custody status changes, whether that means a release, a transfer, or a change in bond status.
VINE is free and available at any time. You do not need to be a victim to use it. Registration takes just a few minutes, and you can track multiple individuals if needed. The system works across all Indiana counties that participate, so if someone is transferred from Allen County to a state facility, VINE will still track them and send alerts.
Note: VINE registration does not share your personal information with the inmate or the jail.
